Through the Townhall USA app or website, citizens can express their support or opposition to legislative bills proposed in Congress, Executive Orders issued by the President, and Initiatives put forth by our members. Simultaneously, elected representatives gain insight into the level of support for various issues simply by accessing the platform.

Owned by Yoopine, Townhall USA operates independently of other entities, be it companies, political parties, or interest groups. The platform respects user privacy and does not engage in data-sharing practices. While users have the option to sign up using Facebook or Twitter for convenience, it is not obligatory.

The vast majority of funding for the app and website is provided by the founders themselves, with a small portion sourced from personal loans obtained from friends and family. Committed to preserving democracy and upholding individual rights, the team behind Townhall USA invests personal resources and time into its operation. The platform does not engage in data selling or advertising.

The core mission of Townhall USA is to foster national unity without propagating misinformation that caters to personal biases. All users have equal access to bills, executive orders, and initiatives listed on the platform, with the exception of private discussions between individuals. The goal is to promote cohesion rather than division in society.

Content related to bills and executive orders on Townhall USA is derived from official government sources. Users are encouraged to refer to the Settings menu for Disclosures detailing content sources. In case this menu option is not visible, a prompt to update the app will ensure users stay informed about data sourcing.
